【10个让腿变粗的坏习惯】
1、饭后经常坐;
2、喜欢翘脚;
3、不喜欢做运动或讨厌走路的人;
4、站一整天后没有适时按摩小腿;
5、每天用淋浴洗澡;
6、爱喝冷饮;
7、常穿不合脚的鞋走路;
8、喜欢吃重口味食物;
9、站姿不正确,或习惯把重心放在某一边;
10、有便秘困扰,却也不调整饮食和作习来解决问题。
